Would You Like to be Co-Thriving With Me?

Would You Like to be Co-Thriving With Me?

Hey, would you like to support each other in our thriving?

That question dropped in like a quiet invitation. One I realized I’d never actually asked — not out loud. Not even in my own head. And yet… it’s what I’ve longed for. Not just friendship. Not just kindness. Something more alive. More conscious. A real yes to co-thriving.

But I’ve wrestled with that word: friend. What does it really mean to me? There’s this old conditioning — like friendship is mostly about favors and shared history. “You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours.” A loop of expected reciprocity.

And sure, reciprocity can be primal. It’s used in marketing all the time. Give someone something free, and they’re more likely to give back — their time, attention, even their email address.

But what if… there’s a deeper instinct?

Not give-to-get.
Not obligation.
But something more like… give and give. A co-creation. A “you matter to me, so your thriving matters, too.”

That’s what lights me up. When I sense someone’s idea bubbling, and I can offer a little spark — a tool, a reflection, a celebration. It doesn’t have to be hours. It can be 15 minutes. Intentional minutes. That’s enough to shift energy, to weave in support, to remind each other: “Yes, this matters. Yes, you matter.”

Heading into this next workshop, I feel this pulsing intention: co-thriving.

You know what? You don’t even have to say the words out loud! But it sure is powerful if you do.

Like… “Hey, would you like to co-thrive together?”

Imagine that conversation. Imagine a space where we’re both free to share what would support us — no pressure, no debt. Just awareness. Just asking.

Yeah. Askings. I’m asking for more engagement. That’s my edge. I’ve noticed, when I extend invitations, most folks stay silent. And that’s okay.

But the ones who do respond? Who really engage with what matters to me — and let me engage with what matters to them? Wow. That’s where the aliveness crackles. That’s where synergy lives.

When what matters to you also touches what matters to me — and we meet there? That’s the pulse of co-creativity. That’s the hum of the world alive.

So this is an invitation.
A thought.
A seed.
A co-thriving possibility.

What would shift in your life if you found just one person willing to co-create like that with you — and you with them?

How would you like to engage with others in your thriving?
