The Happiness Chemicals

When I’m low dopamine, I have the thought “I need a win!” – it’s time for a Simple Uplift.

Oxytocin – Love… baby! Hugs! Woof! And yes, give a compliment.

Serotonin has been really helped by The Morning Mile. Meditation, too.

Endorphins – or what I call endolphins… giggle. Some days that one is tough, so yeah dark chocolate and smells and working the heart rate a bit stronger with uphill walks.

What do you do? Were you aware of these four neurotransmitters?
