This song popped up and it spoke to me. My PTSD has been activated because of a lot non serious medical appointments I was trying to get through and my Primitive Brain was trying to keep me safe. It sort of felt like the end of the road, I so wanted to cancel again. Yes I got through them - Yay! But this song can be sung for lots of other experiences that feel like it’s just too much or “the end of the road” and yes we will get through them.
