When We-Space Safety Collapses

It remains stunning to me that organizations continue to leave stakeholders and we-space participants “in the dark” in an attempt to not have to answer questions. But group dynamics are essential for safety!

I’m sorry that organization did that to the group members. Sometimes, even with explanations, people can feel abandoned. I explained my reasons VERY clearly to everyone when I left a CTO position. Some still felt abandoned, even to the extent of ending long term friendships.

Was super hard at the time. Today, I do see the “hand and heart” of Divine Filtering at work there. Hard though when I don’t see myself as the “abandoning kind.”

But how people interpret us isn’t, REALLY, our business. Eh?
