The Ecosystem of Change

Understanding that change and growth comes in an ecosystem of energy, resources, and skills helps explain emotional reactions and “sabotage” behavior.

Vision for me is about aspirations that matter to me. Skills include technology skills and emotional skills.

Incentives? WHY does it matter to you? How will it serve your thriving as well as the thriving of those who matter closest to you?

Resources include people, technology, money, and life force. All are always limited, but are they reasonably sufficient to move forward through your next YES?

Action Plan - It can be a consistent microstep, for example, something doable as a regular intention you take inspired action around. Action plans that are “too grandiose” for your energy and appetite will stifle action. Action plans that feel meaninglessly small can keep us from investing time and energy – yet I’d remind all of us that a seemingly “insignificant” act taken daily can compound benefits over time that are quite extraordinary! I promise.

Makes a lot of sense when you see it laid out that way.

With the fear line. What happens if maybe you have the skills - are possibly capable- but struggle to truly feel like you are due to limited resources? Guess you’re flicking between fear and resistance and other areas?

I’m not really sure. Still exploring that.
