Moral Imagination

It’s healing for someone to be with us, to empathize, to understand.

Many times that evokes change.

With coaching and co-creating we-spaces, “getting” one another feels core… even if our empathy is never the full experience the other person is having.

Also core, for me, is to shift the status quo when it the person we’re empathizing with is blocked from opportunity, stuck in a culture than keeps them bound, or stalled from moving forward because what they need to feel calm and confident is missing or incomplete.

Is this “fixing”?

For me the internal experience is one of restoring Freedom, supporting clarity, and allowing sacred change… evolution at its finest.
