That would be great.
I did actually get relief after this exploration with you yesterday.
I like this topic of body guidance. Need to go back & read more of it from the beginning.
I was exploring with Gus today asking for help to learn “body listening” more deeply and intuitively. And asking my own spirit buddies to help too. What emerged was a healing room called - “Bodacious Body Boudoir”: ![]()
It’s like a really beautiful, luxurious space you might see at a luxury resort hotel. A very large and spacious room with plenty of light/large beautiful windows and lovely couches & chairs to recline on. The whole space is designed for body care and body listening. The intention of this space is to assist in hearing what your body has to say more clearly. There’s a massage table and caring, skillful massage therapists/body workers. There’s space to do yoga and wild soul movement and restorative exercise or dance. There’s a fountain with various delicious beverages & herbal teas to drink for good hydration, and ways to make it fun to stay properly hydrated daily. There’s a beautiful kitchen with loving chefs to prepare healthy, nutritious food that is also delicious and pleasurable too (no deprivation). There’s a space to rest and relax and unwind and listen to soothing music & discover new ways to comfort and care for body & nervous system. Everything one might need to care for your body in excellent ways is here, and it’s all blended together with the theme of delight and pleasure and “tuning in”/ not forcing.
And my various parts are here with me (from IFS parts work), and the spirit buddies/divine helpers. And family & friends who love me and want to see me healed and happy and living a full & vital life are nearby too. There is an abundance of support here. I feel very safe and comforted & nurtured here.
So I ask my body what it needs (not what I think it should need or what the experts say) and I hear this: (a) a little more gentle wild soul movement (5 - 15 min). regularly, (b) better hydration in ways that suit me - herbal teas and yummy healthy drinks, (c) enjoyable deep breathing practice regularly (5 - 15 min.) And to just start with that, not adding too many goals all at once. To keep it simple and find creative ways to make it fun & pleasurable and ask the spirit buddies to help and support me.
I could live there
