(Queue sound of Rick, shouting at Alexa to stop stop stop…)
I’ve gotten into some mind chatter about situations happening to/with some people dear to me in their lives, even though I’m not directly involved. I so wish that just like I can tell Alexa to quiet down or pause or stop, my brain had such “simple” commands available. Instead, took an hour of meditation!
